About Roovent
What is Roovent?
Roovent is a music festival planning app that brings everything together in one place — browse festivals, compare lineups, find tickets, search flights, and manage your budget — so you can spend less time tab-hopping and more time at the music. From discovery to personalisation (based on your favourite artists or your YouTube Music or Apple Music library) to planning your entire trip — festival tickets, hotels, flights, car hire, train tickets and much more. You can even listen to the lineup: just open a festival page and tap on the lineup.
Is Roovent free to use?
Yes — Roovent is free to download on iOS and Android.
What festivals does Roovent cover?
We cover hundreds of music festivals across Europe and beyond — from major events like Rock im Park, Download, Tomorrowland and Primavera Sound to smaller regional festivals. We're constantly adding more.
Planning & booking
Can I buy tickets directly through Roovent?
No — you can't purchase directly through Roovent. Instead, Roovent helps you compare your options and connects you to the right place to buy, all from within the app, without hunting across multiple sites. This covers festival tickets, flights, accommodation, car hire, train tickets and more. Simply add everything to your trip, budget it with our planning tools, and purchase externally.
Does Roovent help with travel and accommodation?
Yes. While you can't book directly through Roovent, once you've found your festival you can build your itinerary — flights, accommodation, and ground transport — see the full cost, and book externally.
Can I track my festival budget in the app?
Yes. Roovent includes a budgeting tool so you can plan and track what you're spending across tickets, travel, and everything else. We even help you budget for extras like food and drinks, so you know exactly what your trip will cost.
Can I compare festivals to help me decide?
Yes — you can compare up to 3 festivals at a time. We show you all the information you need to make a decision, and we'll also match the best festival to your preferences.
Music & personalisation
Does Roovent connect to my music apps?
Roovent supports connections to Apple Music and YouTube Music to help personalise your festival discovery. If you have trouble linking your account, go to Settings → Account and disconnect, then reconnect. Still stuck? Email us at feedback@roovent.com.
Account & sign-in
How do I sign in?
Roovent supports sign-in with Apple, Google, and email. Whichever method you use to sign up is the one you'll need to keep using.
I can't log in — what do I do?
First, make sure you're using the same sign-in method you originally signed up with (Apple, Google, or email). If you're still stuck, reach out at feedback@roovent.com and we'll sort it quickly.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account right from the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete my account. Prefer us to handle it? Contact feedback@roovent.com and we'll take care of it.
Bugs & getting help
I found a bug — how do I report it?
We'd love to hear about it. Send us a message at feedback@roovent.com with what you saw, your device type, and your app version (Settings → About). Screenshots are super helpful too.
How quickly do you respond?
Usually within 2 business days. If something is blocking you from using the app entirely, mention that upfront and we'll prioritise it.
