Account & sign-in

Can't log in? Forgot your password? Need to change the email on your account, or delete it entirely? Roovent supports sign-in with Apple, Google, and email — if you signed up with one, you'll need to keep using that same method.

Bug reports

If something in the app isn't working right, please tell us what you saw, which device you're on, and the app version (Settings → About). Screenshots help too.

Music connections

Trouble linking Apple Music or YouTube Music? Most issues come from permissions. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Settings → Account. If that doesn't work, send us the error message you're seeing.
